A capable agent inside a giant system.
- Corporate-first website experience
- Generic agent-page structure
- Tiny new social audiences
- Conflicting phone data online
Chattanooga, Tennessee
Insurance should feel personal. Josh helps Chattanooga families and business owners understand their options, protect what they’ve built, and move forward with confidence.
The corporate brand already proves the products and service. The missing piece is a recognizable local person families remember before they need a quote.
Build Brand Grow makes Josh the face of the relationship while COUNTRY remains the trusted name behind it.
This lockup keeps COUNTRY’s identity intact and gives Josh a consistent personal mark for his website, profile photos, covers, email signature, community graphics, and print.
Final artwork and all public marketing would be submitted through COUNTRY Financial’s required brand and compliance approval process.
Established brand, broad services, booking, quote, and claims pathways.
The current agent template tells people what COUNTRY does—not why Josh is their agent.
Josh is indexed, but his identity is scattered across corporate and directory profiles.
A new Facebook page and Instagram account have content but almost no audience yet.
Direct phone and Microsoft Bookings give us a solid destination for every campaign.
Public directories show different phone numbers, weakening trust and local SEO signals.
Josh’s official page is indexed, mobile-friendly, and connected to phone, quote, referral, and booking tools. But the template is product-heavy and nearly interchangeable with other agents. It does not feature client proof, a memorable local story, an owned domain, or a clear reason to choose Josh specifically.
The national Facebook page builds corporate awareness, not Josh’s local relationships. Josh’s public Facebook page currently shows 3 likes and 2 people talking about it. His Instagram shows 9 followers. Recent posts prove he has started; now he needs local faces, community stories, consistent calls to action, and deliberate distribution.
Search results surface the official agent page, LinkedIn, Alignable, networking directories, Facebook, and Instagram. That is useful raw material. The problem: a local networking profile publishes 423-255-6533 while the official COUNTRY page publishes 423-242-6481. Inconsistent name, address, and phone data can confuse prospects and weaken local search signals.
This is a public-facing strategic review completed September 2, 2026—not an analytics audit. The next phase would verify Google Business Profile data, Meta Insights, website traffic, lead sources, brand rules, and licensing/compliance requirements with Josh and COUNTRY.
We do not throw random posts at the wall and call it marketing. Every piece has a job: get Josh seen, build trust, and start more qualified conversations.
We’ll photograph Josh today at no cost so the first thing prospects see is the real local professional they’ll be trusting with their family, home, business, and future.
Founding-client pricing for a six-month initial partnership. Scope is finalized after a strategy and compliance conversation.
A clean personal presence that makes Josh easy to find, trust, and contact.
The strongest fit: a complete local brand and steady content engine built around Josh.
A full-service system for reach, referrals, lead generation, and measurable growth.
Domain, hosting, analytics, email, ad accounts, and business profiles stay in Josh’s or COUNTRY Financial’s control. Build Brand Grow receives only the access needed to do the work.
Josh already has the company, products, and service infrastructure behind him. Our job is to make Chattanooga know his name before a life change, renewal, new car, new home, or new business gives them a reason to call.
